I work on the unglamorous half of product: sitting with the person who does a task forty times a week, finding the step that is actually costing them, and then building the thing that removes it.
Lately that has meant healthcare workflows at IBM, a customer feedback pipeline at Turno, and a sticker business I have run out of Honolulu since high school.
Where I am
- Babson College, Senior B.S. Business Administration, double concentration in Technology Entrepreneurship and Business Analytics. Expected graduation: May 2027.
- Roles where people, process, and technology meet I've worked in product operations, product management, business transformation, and am interested in enterprise strategy and data governance. Ideally, I'd like to be where the process is messy and find the people who will change it once I show them why.
What I have done
-
IBM
I mapped a healthcare feature-edit workflow end to end and found the time was going to code-finding, not the edits. So I built an AI agent on Snowflake to collapse that step, then scoped the phased rollout for everything downstream of it.
93% faster code-finding step
4.4M clinical hours a year back to patients
5/29 capstone teams, top five
-
Turno
Voice of the Customer was a deck people nodded at. I rebuilt it from 400+ customer conversations into the thing Product, Design, and Engineering argued over, and architected the ProductBoard integration that kept feeding it.
400+ customer conversations synthesized
1,000+ insights routed to prioritization
4 features into the Q2 roadmap

blankfilmhi
Hawaii-themed stickers. I design them, I sell them, and 17 retailers carry them. A five month growth plan I wrote put more than 1M views across TikTok and Instagram, which taught me more about distribution than any syllabus has.
10K+ units sold
$20K+ revenue
17 wholesale retailers

Quiet Press
A student-run business selling compostable seed paper crafting kits. I ran brand, the site, and the campaign calendar. Babson gave it the Good FME Business (Green) Award, which I read as approval for making things that decompose.
147 kits sold
$2,300 net, all of it donated
1 Good FME Green Award

Delta Sigma Pi
I owned creative direction across social, print, and web. The Spring 2025 Rush campaign shipped as one connected experience instead of a pile of flyers, and the applications showed it.
49% more applicants than Fall 2024
120K+ Instagram views
12% more site traffic
-
Babson Asian Pacific Student Association
I came in as the freshman rep and left running marketing. I storyboarded and produced the Reels for our main events, then designed everything on and around the stage for East Meets West, which grew the follower base 15%.
40K+ views on promotional Reels
12% more membership engagement
200+ attendees at East Meets West
-
Babson Hawaii Student Association
Babson did not have a Hawaii club, so I built one. I recruited the members and stood up an executive board that kept it from quietly becoming a group chat.
1/6 new clubs approved from 80 applications
40+ members recruited
9 person executive board

Mana Up Hawaii
I produced and edited the Meet the Makers series with Hawaiian Airlines, putting local makers in front of an airline-sized audience. The rest of the time I made the graphics and event visuals for the showcases and panels where those makers met buyers in person.
500K+ total views on Meet the Makers
→ Produced with Hawaiian Airlines
→ Visuals for annual showcases and industry panels
